After scaling rapidly—generating over $1 million through one Stripe account and $500,000 through another under separate legal entities—their payment providers intervened. Stripe imposed a hold on more than $1 million, and PayPal froze an additional $900,000, effectively halting the company’s ability to process payments or operate normally.

    Compiled a detailed risk mitigation report, including transaction history, supply chain documentation, and revised business structure, submitted directly to Stripe and PayPal.

    Introduced alternative payment providers better suited to support high-growth merchants, reducing dependency on a single platform.
